What would it take to implement partial return-to-work strategies in your state?

Providing light duty or part-time work, and partial disability payments during the transition back to work, can encourage workers to return earlier, minimizing the likelihood they will drop out of the workforce.

Finding employers/agencies for talent work

I have a disease that attacks my body and I never know when, which has cost me many jobs. I miss working, being social and earning an income. Needed are multiple guidelines for the multiple job categories

The objective here is to return the injured worker to pre-injury status. Part of bring the injured worker to pre-injury status in many cases is to bring them back to work slowly, initially in a modified capacity. Most employees can return to work with the right support. Accommodations for mental/behavioral health disabilities

Increased recognition of employment-affecting conditions such as depression or other mental health disabilities may result in more situations where workplace accommodations that are different from the physical accommodations most employers are familiar with may be needed so that workers with these conditions can transition back to work.
